Refund policy
To initiate a refund or replacement of a product/order, please contact us via call/WhatsApp at our helpline number +91 9782574433 or email us at sales@itembaba.com. You can also create a return request from your order history (preferred) within 3 days from the delivery date.
In Case You Received an Incorrect Product:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product and provide a replacement once the shipment is returned. Reverse pickup will only be conducted if the product is in sealed condition.
- If the wrong product is shipped back or any item is missing, the return request will be held until the correct or all missing items are returned.
In Case You Received a Damaged/Defective Product:
- You must contact us with proper proof (images/videos) for a replacement of the product.
- After 3 days of delivery, you will need to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
- For monitor display-related issues, replacement may be provided directly by the manufacturer from day one.
In Case You Ordered an Incorrect Product:
- You will need to contact us first for approval.
- If the product is opened, return or replacement is not possible.
- You must re-ship the product to our store address at your own risk. If damage occurs during transit, return or replacement is not possible.
- If the wrong product is shipped back or any item is missing, the return request will be held until the correct or all missing items are returned.
- We will replace the product of your choice (courier charges will be covered by the customer) or refund it after deducting a nominal charge of 3% of the product/order value and courier charges for one side of transit.
Notes:
- There is no cancellation or replacement on pre-order products, products listed on special promotions, pre-built PCs, GPUs, or gaming chairs.
- There is no cancellation or replacement on cabinets or monitors once they are shipped.
- There is no cancellation on payment methods such as Bajaj Finserv EMI, itembaba.com PayLater, or any instant discount on EMI orders.
- Products must be returned in their original and proper packaging, with the company seal unbroken.
- A return can be created at the item level; if you ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned must include all components and complimentary gifts or products that came with it.
- Images are indicative only. While we strive to deliver as shown, we reserve the right to substitute products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability. No refund or re-delivery claims will be entertained in this respect.
- In case of a return/refund, we will process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse for missing items or damages.
- Once the refund is processed, your bank may take 5-7 working days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
